Family Wellness Program

Integrative Wellness · Yoga & Mindfulness
Structured care, real-world integration.
Our IOP combines group therapy and individual counseling sessions to address the root causes of addiction and develop robust relapse prevention skills. Designed for those who need structured support while maintaining daily responsibilities.
Flexible support for sustained recovery.
Standard outpatient care provides ongoing therapeutic support as you build and maintain your recovery in everyday life. Individual therapy sessions are also available for those seeking one-on-one care exclusively.
Evidence-based pharmacotherapy.
MAT utilizes FDA-approved medications to minimize severe cravings and withdrawal symptoms that can derail recovery. Our program offers Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol in combination with clinical therapy.
A mentor for the day-to-day.
Recovery coaching is a peer-to-peer program pairing you with a certified coach who has lived experience in recovery. Your coach provides daily communication, accountability, and guidance through the challenges of early sobriety.
Treatment from wherever you are.
HIPAA-compliant video sessions with licensed clinicians and certified recovery coaches. Telehealth removes geographic and logistical barriers, making evidence-based care accessible from the privacy of your home.
Care that sees the whole person.
Targeted tracks address the unique recovery needs of specific communities: Young in Recovery (college-aged), Professionals in Recovery (career/financial stress), LGBTQ+ Resilience in Recovery, Adolescent Services, and Family Wellness.

Sobriety
2 years, 3 months
I didn't think I was sick enough.
M.R. was a marketing director at a mid-size firm in Midtown. By outward appearances, everything was fine. Inside, she was drinking a bottle of wine every night — sometimes more — and had been for six years. 'I kept telling myself I wasn't an alcoholic because I never missed work. I was using my job as proof that I was okay.'

I thought medication meant I wasn't really in recovery.
D.K.'s opioid use began after a sports injury at 22. By 27, he was using heroin to manage withdrawal and had lost his apartment. 'I was couch-surfing and lying to everyone I knew. I knew I needed help but I was terrified of what that meant — of what people would think of me.'
